What guides the way we work
Open by default
Code, data and lessons learned are shared so others can build on them.
Rigor
Sound methods, documented choices and results we can explain.
Impact first
We pick problems that matter to people, not just interesting ones.
Together
Beginners and experts learn from each other on every project.
